As stated above, by accessing and using the Service Platform or by purchasing Services, you: agree to Us, Our affiliates and/or third parties who are bound to collaborate with Us to collect, use, disclose and/or process the Personal Data mentioned in above and other information for the purposes as described above; and agree to us, our affiliates and/or third parties engaged in collaboration with us to transfer Personal Data and other information collected to the location of our affiliated companies and/or third parties engaged in collaboration with us for the purposes as described above.

 

 

Cookie Policy

Business Transfer

 

In the event of a change of control or change of ownership of all or part of the ICONPLAY business or company, including the Service Platform, then your Personal Data may/will be part of the transfer of such assets.
